Jerita Motshologane is a seasoned chief financial officer, having accumulated a wealth of knowledge and skills over her 30-year career. She has worked with significant industry role players in South Africa such as commuter rail operator Metrorail, the State Information Technology Agency (SITA), and Transnet Freight Rail. Her leadership roles have included finance operations manager, senior finance manager in charge of budgets, and general manager of corporate financial planning and performance review.

She holds the qualifications MBA, MDP, BCom and various certificates in finance and management and is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA).

Jerita has a stellar track record in leading financial operations, budget management and management accounting and has been responsible for overseeing both internal and external audits.
