Bhekifa Ngwezi is a passionate project manager with a flair for strategic planning and problem solving and a sound understanding of the importance of coordination, communication, and time management for successful project completion.

He is an expert in leading cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time, within budget, quality guaranteed. His extensive experience has equipped him with the knowledge and capability to plan, implement and monitor projects from start to finish. Bhekifa values clear communication, efficient organisation, and bold creativity, as he believes these are integral to successful project management.

His community engagement projects include overseeing the construction of three classrooms at Sefako Mapogo Makgatho Primary School in Pretoria, South Africa, and his recent appointment to project-manage the construction of a community centre sponsored by the Encha Group investment house. The community centre will be the crown jewel of Atteridgeville, a township to the west of Pretoria, offering students from the community a safe space to do their schoolwork, take part in extramural activities, and be exposed to leadership coaching and mentorship.
